Purpose of loan: To assist launch of a web-based business offering ordinary investors the tools and training to take control of their financial destinies. Funds will be earmarked for acquisition of workstation computer systems needed to complete of development and testing of a suite of institutional-quality software offerings that will bring the analytical horsepower of a major hedge fund to the desktop computer of the "average joe."
