Hello and thank you for viewing my listing. I am a 41year old professional that just moved up from Southern California in June of last year to work for a big biotech company in South San Francisco. I enjoy the city and the experiences and opportunities that have been given to me and unfortunately, have not quite adjusted to the much higher cost of living from rent, parking, and just living in the city as a single male. My intent when accepting the job was to improve my finances especially with a much higher pay and relocation benefits to help me make the adjustment. As you can see, I have not quite followed the plan according to my original intent and am now seeking aide to help me get through one last big hurdle. My current credit situation is an "HR", so it?s been very difficult for me to obtain any type of loan or credit card to get me out of debt and unfortunately, I got into Pay Day loans which I now need help to get out of them. If funding was to become available, I would use the Prosper Loan to pay off the following: Pay Day Loan ? Discount advantage: $680.00 Pay Day Loan ? Cash net USA: $380.00 Pay Day Loan 3 : $380.00 Pay Day Loan 4 : $260.00 Bank One credit card: $160.00 First Premier credit card: $170.00 Am Gen Loan (partial): $500.00 ------------------------------------------- Total amount of Debt to pay off: $2,530.00 In terms of employment, as stated above, I moved from southern California last June to work for a bigger Biotech company in South San Francisco. I?m currently a manager within our clinical group and have been here for almost a year. The company is very stable and plan to work here for quite some time. My current monthly net income after 401k, taxes, etc. is $5,100. Here's my monthly budget with the prosper loan in place: Mortgage $2,505.00 Electricity $40.00 Telephone $100.00 Car Payment $615.00 Insurance $100.00 Gas $150.00 Groceries $150.00 Recreation $150.00 Internet $30.00 School loan w/collector: $150.00 ---------------------------------------- Total monthly expenditures $3,990.00 As you can see, I have over $1,110.00 left over, not only for my Prosper Payment, but for savings and emergencies so that I never get into this situation again. I can begin to live a normal life free from the stress caused by Pay Day Loans. I have definitely learned my lesson. I promise that my payment to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time. I'm not about to make a mistake with this opportunity to start rebuilding my credit. Thank you again for viewing my listing, and God bless! |
