Purpose of loan: I am married now for 22 years, age 54, 2 teen youths. I possess a Masters in Busness Management and currently working on a Masters in Ministry. I work for an Utility and have been employed there going on 18 years. My wife & I own our home. We paid off our 30 year mortgage in about 17 years. We later took out a current 2nd mortgage to consolidate bills. We want to achieve a debt free status. I am a hard worker, reliable and trustworthy (a man of my words). I need this loan for $25,000.00 in order to pay necessary expenses to retrieve a huge inherited amount of money. I hope to then pay off my debt in a short timeframe. My financial situation: I have a B credit rating in the 700's. It had been an A rating (from 750up to 804) but with this project I am working on, I have had to borrow money in preparation for my huge return on investment. As a result, my debt to income ratio has increased. I am 200% certain that once I take care of necessary expenses to receive the large sum already set in waiting in my name, that I will then be in position to pay back lenders within a 60 - 90 day period. Since my loan request is slightly different, I propose to pay back each lender 20% of their contribution. In other words, an $1000.00 lender would receive 200.00 (within a 60-90 day period (or sooner). A lendger giving the total amount of $25,000.00 would receive back an amount of $5,000.00 within a 60-90 day period (or sooner). Because I am looking to get a Large lump sum, then I am able to structure the return to lenders in this fashion. The key is that I need to URGENTLY obtain the $25,000.00 ASAP so I can begin to close out my project. This would be a great opportunity for Lenders to get a rapid and sizeable return on investment. Again, I plead wiith you as lenders to help me make this happen so I can pay off all my debt, pay back lenders 20% of their contributions with 60-90 days, and then also offer myself as a Lender within the group. ***This is an unusual loan request. Again, I have good credit but have become extended working to achieve finalization on my project.***. I will not let any Lender down, but I MUST hear from you promptly so I can proceed to a conclusion.
