Thank you for reading this -- My home and sanity are now depenant on kindness of strangers. Guarantee Payback -- I wanted to own home since 20 yrs old. Finally in 1996 I purchased the best of about 40 looked at in mmy price range. Have lived here 10 yrs and made improvements. In cu-de-sac with about 8 identical houses selling in under a month for over 216,000.00. I owe about 91,000 so Very Much Equity. I am a mature, responsible, reliable, stable female Example last job was at for almost 20 yrs, previous job 10 yrs Now how I came to be needing loan very much. Laid off job (along with 4 other "old-timers") at same time as 3 of 5 closest and most loved relatives - and 2 adored pets-- increasingly ill Notpossible to find or start new job-- was full-time caretaker for one relative, trying help and spend time with others sample week was 2 people in ICU and one dog passing. Gpt by on increasingly frayed shoe string. Unbelievable but true -- lost my 3 relatives during 4 month period -- very bad times. Now things financially looking better -- have 2 jobs and will have boarder in mid July-- but am behind 2 pmts and need to get next in on time. Will very well be able to repay once caught up if I get this loan. I and my inherited 3 pets do not want to be homeless. wish I had taken out equity loan when things were good but did not == Thanks and best wishes to all who read this.
