Thank you for reviewing my listing. I am a fellow lender, and have been enjoying the community. This is my 2nd Prosper loan. My 1st loan was very small and for other purposes. Once I investigated this investment opportunity I knew what to do, turn back to Prosper. Because of Prosper rules I had to pay off the 1st to take out this loan. With that said, on to this loan.. In short, I have the opportunity to invest about $29,000. I consulted with my CPA and while I have enough liquid capital to fully fund the investment, this loan would be deductible and if Prosper comes through on a great rate, I get to keep my assets working for me, and you get to collect a nice return for your investment as well. I anticipate being able to let this loan run a year, or longer if my other investments continue to outperform. I will have a auto-transfer from my investment account into my Prosper linked bank to assure that payments are smooth. Unlike other loans where people are starting up new businesses, and will have to try to survive off of the income, this is purely an investment for me and I will continue with my high tech career with my current employer (of 10 years). I have chosen a 7 day listing to allow for plenty of time for any questions and the hope to get a great rate at the end. Thank you.
