Thank you all for taking the time to look at my listing. My objective: is to pay Prosper lenders instead of my credit card banks, basically consolidating the last of my revolving debt. My financial situation: I am currently paying the last of my credit card debt that I incurred during college so I can start using that income towards savings or investments. I have a very stable and consistent flow of income from my civilian job (Accountant GS-7-promotion to GS-9 effective 6/2007) and part-time military. The credit cards that I?m currently paying off are: Credit Card 1: $2,500 12% $100/mo Credit Card 2: $2,300 13% $100/mo Credit Card 3: $1,700 13% $100/moI've projected to pay those off those debts by 8/2009 at the latest, which gives me a little over 2 years. This is why I want to borrow and pay Prosper lenders the interests.I take pride in establishing myself as a dependable, trustworthy, and responsible person. I consider myself a very financial savvy person and I budget my cash flow in advance to make sure all monthly expenses are covered which is why I've never failed to pay an obligation. I'm married and my wife also works full-time. Below is our current monthly financial budget: Defense Finance & Accounting Service $2,711.53 Huntington Mortgage Company (Spouse) $1,500.93 Air National Guard (Drill) $208.28 Less Church Tithe (10% of net) ($442.07) HOUSEHOLD NET INCOME $3,978.66 Home Expenses: Mortgage/Taxes $1,282.46 Utilities $195.00 Cell/Cable/Internet $123.00 Automobile Expenses: Insurance/Fuel/Maintenance $383.01 Debt Repayment: Credit Cards (From schedule) $300.00 Auto Finance $476.00 Student Loan $100.00 Personal: Personal expense (food, clothing, etc.) $600.00 TOTAL EXPENSES $3,459.47 Current left-over income $= 519.19< |
