I need $3,000 to get through these times. Please help me. I see a great Light at the end of this loan. Am working so hard. I have Spanish Translating Business ? getting work ? about $500/month. Great! Hoping for help from Prosper. Problem in Minnesota has been 7% Cap on Interest ? now this loan can be done. Will use loan of $3,000 to pay Mortgage now due - $933 ? need by May 25, 2007 or it will be 30 days late. Plus I will pay off ?delinquents? on credit history. These resulted from financial issues as Wife could not work. I will pay off delinquents and Credit Card of $2,000. This will improve Credit Report and help with Cash Flow. I Pastored for 25+ years. Doctor advised change. I now work in Mortgage/Real Estate. Wife had brain tumor removed 6 years ago. Recurred in last year. Chemo. Doing well but she couldn't work. 2 beautiful children. Great News - can refinance in 90 days. Boss at my company will do my refi and give me great rate. $20,000 in cash out. Must wait 90 days as Lender requires this time before loan can be done.
