Purpose of loan: Payoff payday loans/open credit card/car repair (insurance deductible My financial situation: I have lived in a small community most of my life, and I have a very good job. I hit a rough spot trying to meet the needs of my elderly parents until they were able to get on a low cost medicare supplement insurance to cover their drug and medical expenses. I have one son and 5 four legged doggie kids by way of rescue and strays. I have recently tried to finance my home in order to payoff the bills, but because I live in an underground "earth" home, the lenders in the area won' t touch it due to the lack of comparable sales for appraisal. I believe in keeping my promises, even if it may be painful to do so, and I have learned the hard way that you can't borrow your way out of debt, I intend to repay this obligation biweekly and will try to get it paid off earlier than the 3 years, even if it means eating macaroni and cheese and ramen noodles for lunch at times :)I did not list credit card and other loans below because the loan will pay off those obligations, if you have any questions, please contact me. My goal is to pay this loan off early, then build up a 6 month income reserve, and once that is accomplished, I want to use all of my extra income to (a) payoff my mortgage in 5 years and (b) have enough money set aside for college. I can pay biweekly if necessary.
