Thank you for taking the time to read my loan request! My name is Rodney. I?ve been retired now for the past 14 years. The purpose of the loan will be to consolidate some, if not all, credit cards. My goal is to pay off the credit cards/loans and be done in the 3 years stated for this loan and begin looking into purchasing a home. By only paying the minimum on the credit cards, in which I?ve been doing with no delinquencies, will take me well over 3 years to pay off. I receive SSI/Disability & Retirement Checks which totals out to be around $2700 a month. My wife, who has been working for the City of Los Angeles part time for the past 9 years, brings home around $1250 a month. So our total income factors out to be around $3950-$4000 a month. Monthly Expenses: ($3,950-$4000 a month Income) Rent $975 Car Payment $500 Car Insurance $125 Utilities..etc. $350 Credit Cards/ Loans $850+ (Will Take place of Loan) Groceries $150 Gas $200 Other Expenses: $200 Total Expenses: $3350 |
