Hello and thank you for viewing my listing, I am a previous Prosper borrower. I truly enjoyed the experience and look forward to being funded once again. I have the utmost respect for the lenders on Prosper and would make paying this loan back a priority. I did pay the last loan off early but will probably not be doing that this time around especially if the interest rate gets bid down a little bit. I know that my credit isn't so great right now but I am dedicated to bringing my credit score back up! We have also started contacting our creditors to see if they will work with us on lowering the interest rates on our credit cards but may just end up consolidating all the cards into one monthly payment. Our credit shows one delinquency which must be the bankruptcy filed in May 2002 because we have not made one late payment on anything since. Purpose of the Loan: My 3 year old son was sick for months, constant runny nose, watery eyes, coughing until he would throw up. We took him to the doctor constantly. They kept telling us it was a virus and that it would pass. His constant illness started taking a toll on the whole family and we demanded they run test and figure out why he was so sick all the time! A few weeks ago, he was finally diagnosed with "chronic allergies". He was prescribed Singulair and is doing much better now! We were told however, that we need to have the duct work in our house cleaned, filters installed and all 9 of the windows in our home need to be replaced because they are infested with mold. We received an estimate of $2330 to complete this work and are told that it will make a significant difference in our home and will benefit our whole family. My wife and I will be so grateful to Prosper and all the lenders if this loan is funded! If you have any questions, I will be glad to answer. Please note, 18.52% is the max interest allowed for my state. Thanks for your time and hopefully your bid! Net Household Income: $3700 Household Expenses: Mortgage $373 Prosper $88 Vehicle Exp/Insur $590 Credit Card Pymts $400 Childcare $550 Groceries $400 Life Insur $100 Cable/Util $260 Cell Phones $100 Clothing/Misc $300 $ Left after expenses: $539 |
