Hello! Thanks for looking. I would like to consolidate the debt that I accrued in college into one single payment. I promise to pay off my debt immediately with this loan! There are a couple of things I would like to clarify: one, my DTI is incorrect because I believe it takes into account the fact that I am an "authorized user" on two accounts(Capital One & Discover) which are my mom's and have higher balances (but always paid on time by her, of course!). Second, my income will be drastically changing. I have accepted a new job offer, as I am graduating college next week, and will begin June 4th! My income will be $40,000/yr and I can provide my offer letter (my current job is part-time). I am a very responsible, organized person, and have NEVER missed a payment. I am very 'anal' about paying my bills on time! I plan on paying double the monthly payment, so it will be paid off quickly! Thanks to everyone who helps me out :) Some may wonder about my current situation for the rest of May--I do have the part time job and my rent/utilities are paid by my parents. They are also paying my first month's rent in June so I WILL have excess money :) Purpose of loan: To consolidate my debt accrued during college into one easy payment. Monthly net income: $ $3333.33 (beginning June 4), currently only about $600 or so a month (part-time while in college, see above). Monthly expenses (will do this as of June 4): $1800 Housing: $1175 Insurance: $30 Car expenses: $80 Utilities: $100 Phone, cable, internet: $100 Food, entertainment: $50? Clothing, household expenses $50? Credit cards and other loans: $215 (monthly minimums) Other expenses: $0 |
