Purpose of loan: Marketing Executive with a BA in Finance and MBA in Marketing. Loan needed to consolidate credit card debt from unemployment 4+ years ago. Four years ago I became a victim of the dot.com crash era and became unemployed for 9 months. This was soon after moving into our dream home. It was at the same time of the terrorist attack on 9/11, so finding a new job was almost impossible. During those 9 months I used $30,000 of credit card debt for daily living expenses to support my wife of 10 years and 2 year old daughter. Almost four years later I am still paying those credit cards and cannot seem to pay them off because of the high interest rates. We are down to $23,500 left on them. No equity in the house to get a reasonable equity loan. That's why I need your help! Stable Employment for Both of Us! I have been employed 4 years with the same company inventing new products and growing a very successful business in the sports equipment category. My wife has been a teacher for 12 years with the same school district. Getting a PROSPER loan to payoff the high credit cards would significantly help our family erase the bad memories of being unemployed. I am paying $2,000 a month toward the credit card debt but it is not paying them off fast enough with the 29%+ rate. I will continue to pay $2,000 a month toward this PROSPER loan having it paid off within 18-24 months. Low debt ratio. Christian family. We just want this debt gone, so we can use our money to save for our daughter's education, not make bankers rich. Best Regards! HOUSEHOLD INCOME = $145,000+ (yes, will document if needed) Homeowner for 15+ Years A+ Credit Low Debt Ratio My financial situation: Good disposable income, especially after getting PROSPER loan. Debt to income ratio only for my income, much lower with spouse's income. Monthly net income: $ 8,500 Monthly expenses:$ 7,300 ($2,000 credit card, replace by $850 PROSPER loan) Monthly expenses: $ 6,150 (After getting PROSPER loan) Housing: $ 2,600 Insurance: $ 200 Car expenses: $ 600 Utilities: $ 200 Phone, cable, internet: $ 200 Food, entertainment: $ 300 Clothing, household expenses $ 300 Credit cards and other loans: $ 2000 - payoff with PROSPER Taxes: $ 500 Other expenses: $ 400 |
