I?d like to THANK everyone who bid on my previous listings and I am SO grateful.  I hope you find me worthy enough to bid again as I hope this lower amount and higher interest gets me funded.
ABOUT ME: I am 30 years old and going to get married for the first time.  I have been with my current employer for almost 2 years. My fiancee has also been with his employeer for 2 years.  We both work at very stable companies, me in on-line travel and he in state child services.
BAD CREDIT: I have tried to be responsible with my finances but over the years I have run into trouble. My credit scores slipped to the low 600?s because I purchased a home I was not ready for and barely escaped foreclosure. Before that I filed Bankruptcy to attempt to start fresh before my son was born. I have old accounts and I let myself fall into the trap of credit cards when I was young and couldn?t dig myself out of the hole I dug. I have been moving towards improvement since my fiancee moved in with us. We are working together to restore our credit so we can start our marriage without debt. My DTI is high because I am currently not receiving child support.  I can't transfer my son to a public school at this time. He attends a private school where he gets speech therapy since he is slightly behind children of his age group. He will be leaving this school at the end of June and that tuition money will be freed up. I'm asking for a chance to prove myself and to get my credit scores back up to where they should be. If you bid on my listing I promise that I will not let you down. Making my payments on time will be my top priority each month, I sincerely promise you that and as you can see from my financial details, I will have the money to do it.
WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY: $1000.00 will be used to pay off a balance owed to Washington Mutual Bank.  We would like to open our first joint bank account and this balance is prohibiting us from doing that. I need to clear this balance in order to move forward. $2000.00 will go to pay rent that I am behind on.  I am making payments to clear this balance but will be more comfortable if I could get caught up and looking to the future with only current bills to pay.
 MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS:
Net income after payroll deductions from all sources: $2600.00
Future Spouse's Income: $ 1600.00
Total monthly family Income $ 4200.00
Mortgage/Rent: $ 1300.00
Phone/Cable/Internet: $ 175.00
Gas: $ 0.00
Electricity & Water: $ 70.00
Car Loan and Operating Expenses: $
Food: $ 300.00
Insurance: $ 100.00
Cell Phone: $120.00
Clothing, expenses for children, etc. $ 560.00 (will go away in July)
Credit cards and loans that won't be paid off with my Prosper loan: $ 500.00
Other: $ -----------------------
Total Monthly Expenses : $ 3100
My paychecks are: $1300.00 bi weekly and I will be depositing $900.00 into my monthly fund.  Each pay period I will have $400.00 remaining to live off and a portion will be used to fund this Prosper loan.  I also anticipate child support to start in late June which would add an additional $300 to my income. My fiancee will be depositing $400 on the first and the fifteenth of each month towards the monthly fund.  He can then apply approximately $150.00 each pay period to fund the Prosper loan payments.
CLOSING REMARKS: As you can see, I am striving to make a better life for myself, my son, and my future husband.  By granting us this chance, we will be well on our way to eliminating past due monthly bills that are hanging over our head.  Giving us this jump start will help us make a new beginning with peace of mind that we can provide for our children and our future.
