Hello, I am put out by my experience with Prosper this time around. When I paid our last loan off, I had complete confidence that we would be able to get the funding we wanted. Unfortunately, between then and now, our credit grade dropped from E to HR. I don?t understand that because I just pulled our Experian report and this is what it said: This Credit Score is based on information from your Experian credit report.Your credit score is calculated using the information in your credit report. Since information often differs among your three credit reports, your credit scores based on those reports will also vary. Your Score is: 621 on a scale of 350 - 850 My wife and I make enough money to cover our bills but the number of credit card payments has become overwhelming. I understand why Prosper Lenders aren?t willing to take a risk on an HR rating so I think we may contact Consumer Credit Counseling and see if they can help us by lowering the interest rates and making 1 monthly payment. In the meantime, we?ve had something else come up and would really appreciate your help. Our 2 year old son has been sick non stop for almost a year. He was finally diagnosed with ?chronic allergies? and we are told that two things need to be done to our home. 1.) Have our duct work cleaned out and filters installed. 2.) Replace all 9 windows in our home. They are aluminum and are infested with mold. We had an estimate done for this work and it will cost approximately $2330. If we are funded the $2000, we can come up with the rest. I wish we could raise the interest rate but 18.52% is the max for my state. I hope you will still take a chance on us.
