Purpose of loan: The purpose of this loan is to pay off a loan from CitiFinancial at a lower interest rate. I was able to refinance and get it lowered to 20.99%. My monthly budget: Rent: $509 Insurance: $150 Car expenses: $275.00 Utilities: $130 Phone: $85 Food: $100 Household expenses/misc.: $20 Credit cards and other loan payments: $280 (This would be mostly replaced to pay my Prosper Loan) Total monthly expenses: $1,549 My gross pay is $1,960 My net $1,600 My back up for payoff: My husband is getting some training in missionary work 2 wks out of the month within the state at a health retreat for which he receives $400 - 500 compensation which would definitely be used to pay off debt. We are determined to get completely out of debt. This is our mission and will do all we can to accomplish it but we need help. All I desire is to lower my interest as much as its possible in order to pay mostly interest and get out of debt sooner. Though the loans run for 3 yrs. we would most probably pay more than the minimum and pay it off sooner. It is truly discouraging however, when you see most of your payment going towards the interest instead of the principal. We need help especially from those who are well off and can afford to help someone who is responsible and will pay back in a timely manner. I truly appreciate all your help. |
