Purpose of loan:

The purpose of this loan request is to pay ahead on our mortgage, open a home daycare business and pay off a payday loan and dental bill.  Once we get ahead one month on the mortgage we can get on a twice a month payment plan which will be easier to manage.

My wife is in the process of getting licensed to open a home daycare business.  In order to get licensed and pass inspection we need to repair/replace our fence because one section is very unstable and the gate is missing.  She also needs to purchase safety gates for the stairs inside, play equipment and supplies to run and advertise the business.   Once the repairs and safety items are in place the State will inspect our home and give her a license to run a home daycare.  She will be able to care for kids that have their care paid for by the state.  She already has 2 kids waiting which is a guarenteed $1300 per month.  She plans to watch between 4-6 kids so the income could be quite good.

My financial situation:

Since my first listing three months ago my credit grade has gone from HR to D.  I have paid my bills on time and received a pay increase at my job. My wife has been searching for a home based business and has decided to do home daycare so she can stay home with our 7 & 4 yr old daughters.  She has also been doing various mystery shops to bring in extra income. We have been working hard to repair our credit and only have a few more things that need to be updated.  As soon as the repair is complete we are going to refinance our home to lower our mortgage payments.

I am no longer a HR!!!   Please consider my loan request.  I will not let you down.  Thank you
