Purpose of loan:

I am an Account Executive in the SubPrime Mortgage Industry. I have experienced some rough times in the last several months, which was unexpected by all of us in the industry.  With that being said, I was extremely lucky and was picked up by a company that has been in the business since 1918. They are a very solid company offering a great product. With this new position, I am also covering a much larger territory then I have in the past. Along with a larger territory also comes a larger paycheck. My paycheck is straight commission. This territory has consistently averaged $1.5-$2 Million in loans a month. I receive a commission of 1% of all loans funded. I will be making a minimum of $5,000 per month

My financial situation:

My fiancee lives with me in a house my father gave me. My fiancee is a Sheriff?s Deputy who is in the process of being promoted to Detective. He brings home an income of $1,950 a month.  A little over a year ago he and I started an online Police Supply business. In the last year we?ve consistently averaged a profit of $1,000 a month.   I would like this loan to consolidate the following high interest rate credit cards:
$760 HSBC 28%
$1,000 Merrick Bank 25%
$4,000 Direct Rewards 24%

Monthly net income: $ 1

Monthly expenses: $
Monthly Expenses
$140 Insurance
$698 Car Expenses
$200 Utilities, Phone, Internet
$500 Food, Clothing, & Entertainment
$200 Household Expenses
$1,400 Credit card payments
$3,138 Total Monthly Expenses

After paying all of our monthly expense, and bases on my income, I will still have $1,862 to make this payment and pay off my other credit cards sooner.

Thank you for looking, and thank you for bidding.
