Purpose of loan: My plan is to use Prosper as a tool for some extra cash in the long run by investing in some high interest loans for other well trusted people.I already have some extra spending cash that I'm going to transfer into my Prosper account, but I also want to take out a loan for $3,000 to get me started right away without making smaller transfers every month when I get paid. I work two jobs as of right now. I have the part time job I posted on my listing, which I have had now for three years and eight months. I make a steady $600-$700 a month including tips. I also work as a bartender on call. In one night I can make $300 on tips, so on average I?m making $600 a month off bartending. My Mother also sends me a trust fund that is instant funding every month for a total of $1600. So on average including all jobs and Trust Fund I?m pulling in about $3,000 a month. My DTI is at a high percentage simply because I?m a student living with a roommate with a part time job and can?t prove that I make most of my money through tips and my mother?s monthly Trust Fund. Monthly net income: $3000 Monthly expenses: $ Rent: $600 Insurance: Renters =$10, Car =$68, Motorcycle =$30 Car expenses: $25 on Gas for motorcycle and Car Utilities: GAS/Electricity/Garbage/Water I split with my roommate, comes out to $50 Phone, cable, internet: $25 split with roommate, also I have my own cell phone parents pay for. Food, entertainment: $250 Clothing, household expenses $ 40 Credit cards and other loan payments: $80 on my motorcycle loan through my USAA checking account. Total = $1178 Income = $3000 This leaves $1822/month to pay Prosper and any misc expenses that come up. |
