Purpose of loan: I am a 46-year old divorced mother of two teenaged children. I am a vice-president in lending with a large bank. I have been employed with this Bank for a total of 19 years--the first time for three years, then left for two years to be with my newborn son, and then have been back with them for the last sixteen years. I have two credit cards ($900 and $1900) that I would like to pay off and close. I have a larger credit card that I want to pay off as quickly as possible (hopefully within a year because it is at 0% for about another year.) I want to close that one and only keep a small credit card open for reservations and emergencies. Also, I had surgery about a month ago and did put back money for the bills, but not near enough. I want to get all of those paid ($2000 to $2500).

My financial situation: I have a good job and a good income. I am trying to stick with a plan to get all of my loans but my two mortgages paid off within the next three years. I would like to be able to put back money to have a cushion and would possibly like to look at building a home sometime in the future. I am tired of living paycheck to paycheck. I do have a little part-time job that pays about $300 a month for office work but it is cash only and not reported.

Monthly net income: After all deductions--$2,329/mo.

Monthly expenses: $448/1st mortgage $228/2nd mortgage $370/car payment $389/consumer loan $200/credit cards $175/utilities $100/food Total Expenses: $1910

This leaves $410 to pay Prosper and any other misc expenses.
