Thank you to those who offered funds on my last posting. I have added $500 to my last posting because I recently found out my sister has cancer. I will be using the additional money to buy plane tickets so I can visit her at the end of June.
===============================================================
ABOUT ME:

I am 29 years old and will be married 6 years at the end of April. I have been at my current job for 4 months, but before this job I worked at the same company for 5 years. I do not have any children, but that might change within the next few years! I am using this site to improve my financial situation and ultimately become a lender.

EXPLANATION OF BAD CREDIT:

I have always been responsible with my finances but 7 years ago my credit scores slipped because of a credit card I signed up for at college. I did not use it wisely. The entry level position I landed after graduation was barely enough to pay all my monthly bills (credit cards, student loan, car payment, rent, utilities, etc.) I ended up filing for bankruptcy in August of 2003. Things have definitely improved since them. I've been rebuilding my credit ever since and doing a fairly good job at it. I bought a car in July of 2005. My wife and I purchased a condo in June of 2006. This loan will help me catch up on a credit card and pay off property taxes that I did not know would have to come out of my pocket. I did not have it rolled into my mortgage because a family member did the loan and didn?t clearly explain the property taxes. I?ll be prepared for the next installment! If you bid on my listing I promise that I will not let you down. Making my payments on time will be my top priority each monthly. I sincerely promise you that and as you can see from my financial details, I will have the money to do it.

WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME:

$1,881.05 will pay off 1st installment of 2006 property tax and back due assessments. $250 will pay off the credit card. $60 will go towards the loan fee. This will leave $340 that I will use for auto repairs and $468.95 for three plane tickets to
Virginia.

HERE ARE MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS:

Net income after payroll deductions from all sources: $2320
Spouse's Income: $1750
Total monthly family Income $4070

Mortgage/Rent/Condo Assessment: $1223
Cell Phone: $150
Electricity/Water/Gas: $0 (included in condo assessment)
Car Loan and Operating Expenses: $475
Food: $150
Insurance: $130
Cable/Internet: $150
Expenses for pet: $40
Student loans: $150
Credit Card: $75
Other: $100
-----------------------
Total Monthly Expenses : $2643

I will have $1427 left to make the payments on my Prosper loan.

CLOSING REMARKS TO LENDERS: As you can see, I will have enough to repay the loan each month. I?m willing to provide any documents needed to prove my debt and income or answer any questions/concerns you might have as a lender. I?m also willing to prove proof that I used the loan for the purpose it was intended. Thanks and have yourself a prosperous day!
