Purpose of loan:
I would like to pay off my CC and close the account.  I would use the remaining balance to do needed renovations to my house (wiring, plumbing, and carpet)

My financial situation:
I only have one credit card and a low revolving balance- which will be eliminated with this loan.  I am not responsible for many monthly bills that would hinder my ability to pay this loan.

Monthly net income: $ 2128

Monthly expenses: $ 1170
  Housing: $ 0
  Insurance: $ 110
  Car expenses: $ 150
  Utilities: $ 150
  Phone, cable, internet: $ 200
  Food, entertainment: $ 100
  Clothing, household expenses $ 200
Credit cards and other loans: $ 60(minimum payment)
Other expenses: $ 200 (day care)

I have listed with the auto-fund feature and at a higher rate because the contractor I want to do the work only has a small time frame available and I would like the funds quickly to secure him for the job.  Otherwise, I will have to wait six months for him, or start looking all over.

All other household expenses are carried by my wife- we separate the bills based on our salary.  The left over is put towards a college fund for our daughter.  We are not interested in carrying a home equity home for a longer period.  My wife financed the house in her name before we married and we cannot beat the interest rate she locked in.

As you can see, there is more than enough money left each month to pay this loan.  I will be happy to answer any questions.

Thank you for looking.  Thank you in advance if you bid.
