Purpose of loan:

To Pay off Taxes, & replace water damaged Kitchen cabinets & Flooring. (The plumbing has just been replaced)

My situation Married 17 yrs, children grown, raising one grandchild just turned 3.

Iworked very hard to get good credit, and up till April 2004 I was current on my expenses. I was able to purchase myvery first home just on my credit alone. In April 2004 my husband's employment of 30 years ended when his company was soldwhich resulted in him taking an early retirement. He wasn't able to actually receive a retirement ck until he was at least 55 which wasn't till 1-1/2 years later.

They took out Federal taxes but failed to take out any state which is how we now owe taxes.(With his reduced lump sum we were able to replace an 18 yr old refrigerator & dryer,& get my husband a small used car to get to work, and pay up everyday expenses. Some went to legal fees to keep this baby out of foster care.( We lived on the rest while I continued to work.)

I took on all the expenses and added Health & Life Ins. I managed to pay both mine and my husbands debts until it became too much to keep up with. I had to file a Chapter 7. This is the sole reason for any late pays on my report. This was discharged in December 2005.

I'm trying hard to rebuild my creditand my husband has found work through a temp agencyI am current on all mypayments.I own an older used van so have no car notes. My homeowners Ins and taxes are included in the mortgage payment. We are raising our special needs granddaughter, and may be adopting her but receive special programs assistance for her needs since the state is still involved.

My budget is as follows
 Monthly Gross $1681.40 (Net $ 1300.00)
Out going Expenses: House =$483.10 (includes ins & taxes)
Utilities $160.00 (gas,electric,water,sewer,phone)
Food- $175.00
Misc. Expenses = $50.00
Total $868.00 leaves a flexible amount of $432.00 to repay loan.

Loan Purpose: My husband does small home remodeling & repairs along with woodworking, so we will save on labor in replacing the damaged cabinets. The taxes will be paid off which are $300.00 to H & R Block, and $1400.00 plus late feesand any penalties to State Taxes. This loan will allow us to create a safer, toddler friendly environment for the baby.

I hope you will allow me the chance to take care of these items as well as faithfully repay the loan to you. Thank you for your consideration.
