I cancelled previous listing to Re-List at a Higher interest rate.

I had a previous paid out Prosper loan that I paid out in about 6 months, paying out early when I received my annual bonus in April 2007.

I plan to pay off this loan in April 2008 when I receive my next annual bonus, just as I did my first Prosper loan
. By that time, I would have paid 10 payments on this loan and the payoff will be around $ 19,600.My annual bonus for the last 12 years has never been less than $ 40,000 net after taxes.

I have been at my present employment over 20 yrs and have been married for about 16 yrs. I have 2 sons, 15 and 22 yrs old.

I want to obtain this loan to consolidate the following debt:
Wifes auto loan with Cap One : $ 8435.00 / 645.00 per mo
American General: 3654.00 / 208.00
Lowes : 1270.00 / 135.00
HFC: 7800.00 / 240.00
Dell: 2855.0 / 92.00
Wells Fargo: 935.00 / 35.00
Total 24,949.00 / 1355.00 per month
This Prosper loan would provide a savings of around $ 400.00 per month.

I had some recent past due accounts due to paying for my oldest son's final semester in college. He graduates in May. When I received my bonus I paid all my past due bills current, income taxes, and also paid $ 7800.00 off in student loans for my son.
My wife and I wanted him to not have any student loan debt and start off on his own with no personal debt.

The recent credit inquiries to my credit file are because I am refinancing my home to get rid of the ARM loan I have now. This re-fi will also provide a savings of at least 700.00 per month on my mortgage.
I can asssure you it will be a benefit to me in the monthly savings on my present payments and to the lenders that choose to loan to me. I will make all payments on time just as on my previous Prosper loan.

Thank you for your consideration for this loan.
