Purpose of loan: Over the last 3 years we have been really trying to fix our credit. When we were younger (in our 20's) We really messed things up!! We had our own business in Maui, Hawaii...and everything went down hill after 9/11/01. Our business was tourist related, and they stopped coming for quite a while. We relocated to New Hampshire, TO RAISE OUR DAUGHTERS. and have been trying to start over. I have been married for 18 years, and I am 37... We have 3 daughters, 17, 14 and 4.....MOST of the money from this loan will go to pay off some of the debt on my credit file, IF YOU COULD SEE MY ACTUAL CREDIT REPORT YOU WOULD SEE THAT 20K OF THE 28K DELIQUINCIES, ARE FROM THE BUSINESS I OWNED IN HAWAII....THEY HAVE PUT A 9K DEBT ON MY REPORT TWICE. . LATELY WE HAVE BEEN PAYING EVERY BILL THAT COMES IN. THE FEW DELIQUENCIES WITHIN THE LAST 7 YEARS ARE MEDICAL BILLS. My financial situation: My wife has better credit than me, but I have the income (she has 13 positive marks on her credit file, and only 4 negative...and they are all old).......Combined we have 4 current credit cards, very low balances.....We have paid off 2 auto loans within the last 3 years, and have a current auto loan for 21k that we have never been late on. I have been with my company over a year....Same business for 5 years!!! Just switched to a closer to home branch, last year. I have a guarateed income of $1750/week......However I make bonuses on top of that. This is all proveable income with check stubs, and tax returns. My YTD so far this year is over $29k. I can afford this payment, and MY PAYCHECKS ARE DIRECT DEPOSITED INTO THE ACCOUNT THAT THE LOAN WILL BE PAID OUT OF, SO I WILL NOT MISS ANY PAYMENTS!!! My monthly budget:Mortgage/rent: $ 1340Insurance: $100Car expenses:$425Utilities: $400Phone, cable, internet: $150Food, entertainment: $800Clothing, household expenses $300Credit cards and other loan payments: $150Other expenses: $300 Total monthly expenses: $ 3965.00 I CLEAR OVER $7000 A MONTH, AND I WILL MAKE THESE PAYMENTS. Please help me fix my situation, and get on the right track. |
