Purpose of loan:
To reinvest into Prosper.  The risk / reward ratios are too high when starting with a lower initial capital investment.  I will be focusing on B candidates and after analyzing their status and returns will vary a percent into lower rated borrowers outside of "debt consolidators" focusing on business expansion and entrepreneurs.  My plan is to keep this loan for the full term in order to cut down on Lender investment risk, hoping for the same by borrowers when I am the lender.

My financial situation:
I have been involved in sales for years and last year moved into an aggressive small company that has been in business for 15 years.  My salary range only includes my "generous" base salary omitting bonuses and commissions.  My true fiscal year 2007 range is on track for $65,000 - $75,000.   I can cover this loan with traditional investments and will do so if there became issue with Prosper.  However, I am extremely interested in creating an investment from within an investment.  I am also interested in starting a "small business group", or "chemical brokerage group."  Any revolving accounts listed above are solely business expenses that are Expensed and paid off in full at the end of each month.   I check my credit rating each quarter and have been above 780 for two years.  I am unsure why Experian rated me below this (Never a missed payment) but I will add a note after I contact the company. (My credit rating is very important to me.)  I appreciate your time and offers and wish everyone through Prosper financial success.

My monthly budget:

Mortgage/rent: $715
Insurance: $ 0
Car expenses: $ 200 (Gas and Insurance only, 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 paid off)
Utilities: $30
Phone, cable, internet:  Business Expenses (Uniquely I have not had a TV in 10 years)
Food, entertainment: $200 Personal (The rest would be business expenses)
Clothing, household expenses $150
Credit cards and other loan payments: $0
Other expenses: $100
Total monthly expenses: $ 1395 (Conservative, usually closer to 1200 a small perk of business write offs for constantly staying in hotels! I also don't have any children so there are none of the usual "surprise" expenses.)
