The purpose of this loan is to pay off high interest credit card bills and to make some much-needed home improvements. Hello and thank you for viewing my listing. I am a 42 year old professional male and I have been employed in the medical field for 20 years. I am a part-time graduate school student and I enjoy watching college basketball and professional football. I have been a homeowner since August, 1995. Despite paying my monthly mortgage on time, I have allowed a few credit card bills to become delinquent as a result of paying for school. I am applying for a Prosper loan in the amount of $7500.00. If I am granted the loan, I will use it to pay the following: $600.00 ? Capital One Credit Card $1700.00 ? Orchard Bank Credit Card $300.00 ? A few other small bills The rest of the loan will be utilized to make home improvements and to deposit into my savings account for emergency situations. I am employed as a laboratory administrator and my current monthly net income is $3900.00. My monthly budget: Mortgage/rent: $1940.00 Insurance: $150.00 Car expenses: $125.00 Utilities: $150.00 Phone, cable, internet: $100.00 Food, entertainment: $100.00 Clothing, household expenses $75.00 Credit cards and other loan payments: $220.00 Other expenses: $ --------------------------------------- Total monthly expenses: $2860.00 As you can see, I will have about $1100.00 left over for my Prosper payment and I promise that my payments to Prosper will be top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be on time, every time.
