Purpose of loan: I have a credit card that the low interest balance transfer period has expired. The interest rate has gone from 3% to 22%, so I want to pay if off. My financial situation: I'm a computer programmer with about 12 years of work experience. I have been in my present position as VP of development for the past 6 months, with an annual salary of $60,000.
