I am requesting a loan in the amt of $1800 I am requesting a loan for reasons below: $1800.00 Replace the banister on front of our home. The current ones where put up with wood and are rotten. I am employed with a large Corporation and have been there over 8 years now. My wife also works full time with a local Company. Our debt: $1647.50 Mortgage $1151.67 Car/Homeowners Insurance $318.21 Credit cards (7) $1100.81 Gas/Electric/Water $1600.00 Food/Entertainment $300.00 Savings Total debt: $6118.19 Our Income: $4085.25 My income $2788.00 Wife income Total: $6873.25 We have a total of $755.06 left per month. This is enough money to pay this loan back and have some extra for any emergencies that may come up during the term of this loan. Our goal is to pay this off within 1 ½ years. There is a current delinquency that showed up when Prosper pulled our credit. This is an auto loan that was paid off in December 2006. The late is showing up in January 2007. I am in contact with the credit agency to dispute this. I received a letter from this Creditor in December stating the loan was paid in full so I am a little confused on why they would report me late in January. Thanks! |
