Hello and thank you for viewing my listing.

I am 34, and single. I moved from Florida to Texas to take care of my ailing mother. November 2005 she passed away, January 2006 one of my sisters passed away also. My two nieces now live with me. Neither my mother, nor sister had insurance so I had to use my savings to pay for their services.

Now I need to do some repairs on my roof.

Approximately $2300.00 in supplies. ( Wood, shingles, gutters, paint, tar, other), and $600.00 in labor. This is estimated to cost $3000.00, the amount I need to borrow from prosper.

I have been employed with the same company for 13 years. Paid every two weeks and it is direct deposited. I am a baker/cake decorator.  Work a full 40 hour week and during holidays I receive overtime.

My current monthly net income is $2514.
Here's my monthly budget with the prosper loan in place:

Mortgage: $847.00
Insurance: $90.00
Car expenses: $30.00 ( gas, oil change and minor repairs or what not. I paid off my car in 2001 so I do not have a car note).
Utilities: $250.00 ( My brother pays these bills as his part of rent.)
Phone, cable, internet: $98.00
Food, entertainment: $80.00
Clothing, household expenses $30.00
Credit cards and other loan payments: ( I do not have any credit cards or loans other then my mortgage).
Other expenses: $ 120.00 ( Perspective Prosper loan)
Monthly savings: $75.00
 ---------------------------------------
 Total monthly expenses: $1620.00

As you can see, I have over $894.00 left over to be used, not only for my Prosper Payment, but to begin rebuilding my savings.

I promise that my payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time. I'm not about to make a mistake with this opportunity to start rebuilding my credit.

Thank you again for viewing my listing, and God bless.
