Purpose of loan: to invest in increased advertising for my business and gain the experience of funding a loan on the borrower side of prosper.

Please note: I made a listing before of a much higher loan amount without adequately researching what loan amount is likely to fund and at what interest rate for someone of my credit grade. I also made the mistake of joining a group which did not do much at all except dig into the return of potential lenders by 2% and offered nothing but a name and a false rating.

My financial situation: I am a lender on prosper and will continue to lend on this forum in the future I am also a lender by profession ? I own a small company specializing in a hard and private money finance based in south Florida. Funds would be used to increase advertising in our expanding target market of foreclosure relief loans.
