Thank you all who bid on my last listing. I am trying and praying so hard to save my family?s home. I would really appreciate your giving my listing one more glance over. I am married with two children. I was diagnosed with male breast cancer last October which caused us to struggle a lot financially. My wife was a stay-at-home mother for the last 11 years and home schooled our two children but now has had to take a job as a cashier at Wal-Mart in order to help make ends meet. We are able to pay our regular monthly expenses however the mortgage company and equity loan holders want an immediate ?down payment? as listed below. We can then begin making a larger monthly payment to cover the remaining delinquent amount over time. Our total monthly income is $4,992.00 and as shown below - even with this loan and larger mortgage payments - we will be able to easily pay this loan back. My prognosis is excellent after finishing my treatments three weeks ago and my schedule at my job with the USDA is back to normal full-time. I have posted a post-op picture on my member page for anyone who is curious. The delinquencies on my credit were caused by my previous inability to work and my wife not being able to find a job until February of this year. We have been working with all our other creditors and have been able to come up with workable payment plans to get these handled with small extra monthly amount each month. The info below shows exactly where this loan will go and what our monthly income and expenses will be after a loan from prosper. LOAN USE: Equity Loan 727.00 Past Due Mortgage 1,200.00 down-payment due by 4/30/07 Total: 1,927.00 MONTHLY EXPENSES AFTER LOAN: Car $450 Car Ins $76 Utilities $427 Equity Loan $339 Mastercard $25 Mortgage $1154 Prosper Loan $200 RX/Doctors $320 Tithe $499 Other $100 Storage $55 Groc/Gasoline $1,200 Total: $4845 I appreciate your patience in reading over our request. |
