I am in need of a loan to pay for my husband?s school tuition. He is in oral surgery residency that requires a master?s degree. When he started the program he only qualified for half of the tuition from FAFSA due to his previous W2. He did not qualify for any extra educational expenses due to our failing credit situation. When he decided to go back to school I was months pregnant with our first child. We moved 500 miles from our home and had a baby 2 months later. I was then out of work for 6 weeks and living on credit cards. We began to sink. We have now had our second child and cannot qualify for an unsecured loan due to the poor credit situation. We were able to get 1 secured loan with the help of a very good friend. We have since consolidated everything into 1 loan. We have made every payment since our consolidation 10 months ago on time. We are trying to improve our credit before he graduates.   Once he graduates in 15 months he will get a very significant salary and we would be able to make larger payments to Prosper and towards our consolidation loan. We would begin making regular payments with his stipend and my paycheck until then.   My credit report shows past delinquencies which started a few months after the baby was born and continued until we consolidated. There is an error with 2 companies that we consolidated and paid stating we are still delinquent and we have contacted them to report the current status. They have said it is reported and should reflect in 30 days. My credit score is reported as 593 by Experian.
Our budget follows:
Rent                1000
Daycare            520
Utilities            350
Consolidation   248
Groceries/Diapers 400
Student Loan   350
Prosper loan     190
Total =    3058
Income=  3500
Difference = 442
Our income is based on his stipend and my employment. I am working as a dental hygienist in the same practice for 4 years now.

I am relisting my loan because my previous loan was cancelled by Prosper. It was cancelled because of failure to verify my income. My 2006 W-2 and my wages for this tax year (2007) will not match. I was on unpaid maternity leave from December to February. Based on my most recent pay stub Prosper verified my income less than what I had stated on my loan listing based on my 2006 W-2. I was fully funded from my previous listing however my loan was cancelled in the verification process.
