My name is Leticia Ramirez.I am 28 years  old single mom of two boys.Kris is 11years old and Nate is 9. Nate recently got student of the month(yeah Nate)! I got divorced in 2002, which resulted in a few bills falling behind on payments.Those late payments account for the 8 delinquencies in the last 7 years.

Prosper is reporting my bank utilization exceeding 100%. Last year I ended a relationship I was in .My ex-boyfriend tried
to seek revenge by stealing some of my credit cards and using them for purchases online . I have filed all unauthorized charges
as fraud  and have been working with the credit card companies since Dec.2006 to get everything taken care of. While dealing with the fraudulant activity I was suckerd into taking out 2 payday loans . Taking them out was the worst decision I ever made they are charging me 358%interest.ouch!

I've worked in the dental field for 11 years. I have been with my current employer 4 years. I am a treatment coordinator for the dental office. I have a 2nd job taking care of a elderly lady who has Cerebal Palsey. I take home  $3,300/monthly from the dental office and $650.00/monthly from my second job.

$30 insurance
$95 utilities and phone
$550  food clothing
$600 credit card
total  $2125.00

This leaves me with $1825.00 per month to make my loan payment and get my credit cards paid down sooner.
I have recently started working on purchasing a home . While dealing with mortgage companys pulling my credit report multiple times thus resulting in 26 inquries in the last 6 months
