Hello, I am Carlton, and I have worked at CBS Paramount for the past 8 years as a Managing Paralegal. I am very proficient with my job and I make a nice income, however, I have found there is a skill required to properly handle personal finances. With the help of my lovely girlfriend, who is a financial advisor, I am prepared to make myself financially intelligent. I am a great candidate for this loan, because I am determined to make a better life for my family. This loan will be my primary focus and with this loan, it will make paying my other monthly bills much easier. Purpose of loan: I am requesting this loan in the amount of $3,999 to pay off a payday loan ($1,800) and a HIGH interest loan from CASH CALL($2,045 - 96% interest). My monthly net income is $3,270 (I just received a merit raise which increased my net monthly by $75) I will also be up for a 10% raise in June, which I am expecting to obtain as I have really been doing some great things in my department. I also receive an annual rent payment of $1,000. In 3 years, the land that I own along with my siblings will be auctioned and with the proceeds, I will definitely invest in prosper. My Prosper loan would be about $175, so I would be left with an additional $843 per month which would be used to save money for my future and my daughter's education. A big portion of my financial problems began when I was engaged to get married. We were set to get married in April of 2005, but six months before the wedding the marriage was called off and I was left to pay for the debt. I was forced to obtain high interest rate payday advance loans, including CASH CALL, which are sucking me dry. I have made mistakes in the past and need a fresh start with someone that has faith in me. I am madly in love with my girlfriend and want to marry her, however I do not want to enter a union with her while I am still financially unstable. She is too good of a lady to have to deal with that?even though she probably would not mind. This loan would help me with my finances, but it would also help me in the love department. I was raised in a very loving family, however we were extremely poor, and I never learned how to properly manage money. With the help of my girlfriend (and future wife), and a lot of personal dedication and faith in myself, I will finally learn to properly manage money. One last important not, my credit rating is improving every month and I will soon be classified as a "D".
