Purpose of loan: I need to retain a tax attorney to go after the IRS and get back for me the roughly $100,000 I had volantarily let them garnish from me until I recovered the proof I needed to get back my money. I need $5,000 to retain and owe my local bank $3,600. My financial situation:I only owe about $3,100 per month on my simple lifestyle and have made $95,000 the last two years and was well over that in 2004 and in the $250,000 range 2003,2002 and 2001. I should settle with the IRS in 9 to 14 months and will pay this loan back prior to the 36 months. My credit has been damaged due to the IRS lien, but I have always paid my few credit cards on time. I also need to build my credit so when this IRS is over I can get on with my life. My monthly budget: Mortgage/rent: $1,200 Insurance: $20.00 Car expenses: $0 Utilities: $400.00 Phone, cable, internet: $150.00 Food, entertainment: $500.00 Clothing, household expenses $200.00 Credit cards and other loan payments: $500.00 Other expenses: $200.00 --------------------------------------- Total monthly expenses: $3,120 |
