Hello Prosper Lenders,

This is my second Prosper loan and I'll be investing this money into a business.
First Prosper Loan: https://www.prosper.com/lend/listing.aspx?listingID=61104

I quit my job about 6 months ago to pursue my dream of owning my own business. After being turned down for business loans I found Prosper and took out an $11,000 loan to pay for day to day expenses while I worked 50 ? 60 hours a week developing a steady stream of Amazon Affiliate and Adsense revenue.

My dedication and persistence paid off and I have been able to pay off the balance of my first Prosper loan with my Affiliate revenue. Now I?m looking to create and design a couple more sites that require extensive programming and cost estimates range from $5,000 - $25,000 from various programming firms both foreign and domestic. This loan will finance one, two, or if I play my cards right three of my website ideas.

My Bills I only have a $60 a month cell phone bill. I live with my parents and they?re very supportive of my attempt to become an entrepreneur.

Debt to Income Note (DTI) When I took out my first loan on Prosper I had proven income of about $16,000 annually. Since I have quit my job to pursue my goal of starting a business I had to tell Prosper I have no income, that's why my DTI was is so high. You can check out my previous loan listing with a better credit and DTI score here.

Payback If things don?t work out I can always rejoin the workforce. I quit my last job on good terms with staff and management and have excellent references. I can easily find a job with enough income to meet my Prosper loan commitments.

One last thing I would like to point out is I was jobless for several months and still managed to pay off my first Prosper loan including.

Thanks to all lenders who see fit to risk their hard earned money on me. I promise I won't let you down.

Missed the first payment. This is not a good sign.

Yeah...and this is one of those "second loan" deals, the kind where they pay off a first smaller loan and come back and go for a big one, like this. This guy appears to be very young, so I hope he didn't skip.
This loan is the main reason I went off of standing order bids. It met all my criteria too.
Annapolis82 is in for at least 2200 bucks. So I don't feel too bad.
