I have tried unsuccessfully to get the Card to lower my rate My financial situation: I make a decent living as a Human Resource Specialist for the US Postal Service. I have held my job for over 25 years and it is very secure. I pay my bills in a timely manner. I am just tight on cash since my daughter was accepted into a prestigous communications program at Syracuse University.
