ABOUT ME: I am 23 years old, with a bouncing baby boy. I have been with my current employer for 1 1/2 years. EXPLANATION OF BAD CREDIT: I have always been responsible with my finances but 3 years ago my credit scores slipped because of trying to go to school, live on my own, I have had 27 delinquencies/public records because I was busy trying to help others instead of making sure I was taking care of myself. But things have improved since, because I have gotten my responsibilities in order and now am working to take care of my son. My DTI (debt to income ratio) is high because, I don't think that everything was removed from my credit report as it should have been when I filed bankruptcy, which is no excuse, but I'm asking for a chance to prove myself and to get my credit scores back up to where they should be. If you bid on my listing I promise that I will not let you down. Making my payments on time will be my top priority each month, I sincerely promise you that and as you can see from my financial details, I will have the money to do it. WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME: $1000 will pay off current bills to get caught up, $800 will go towards getting proper auto insurance for my automobile, and the additional $200 will go towards what my son needs. HERE ARE MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS: Net income after payroll deductions from all sources: $1600 Total monthly family Income $1600 Mortgage/Rent: $400 Phone: $20 Gas: $20 Electricity & Water: $100 Car Loan and Operating Expenses: $454 Food: $75 Insurance: $ Cable/Internet: $10 Clothing, expenses for children, etc. $100 Credit cards and loans that won't be paid off with my Prosper loan: $0 Total Monthly Expenses : $ 1179 I will have $421 left to make the payments on my Prosper loan. CLOSING REMARKS TO LENDERS: As you can see, I am not that that financially unstable, but the recent bills that have come up are a little heavy to incorporate into my monthly expenses. I am asking for a chance and like I have stated above I will not let you down. Please give me consideration. Thank you |
