Hello Propser, This is my second loan with you guys! Well I don?t know why I?m an HR my credit score is a 592??? I had DQ?S in high school but I have been good with my credit now. The reason for this loan is that I?m that I?m getting married.We are going to get married on the lucky day of 07/07/2007 Yes, the Lucky 7?s and yes I?m happy!! But also we have decided not to have a big, big wedding. We rather have a small wedding so that we can purchase a house for our honeymoon. We felt that this would be a better investment for us. We are planning on putting 20% down on our home, so that we can avoid a lot of closing fees cost. A little about me, I?m 24 years old, no kids and I work at a well know women?s shoe store. I?m currently the area manager, and I?m in charge of 6 stores. I have been at my current job for 7 years; I have a 401k and stock with my employer. I have just finished college to become a dentist and I?m in the process of completing my last two programs . So I don?t mean to toot my own horn but I think I have been doing very well for a 24 year old!! Toot, Toot! My future husband is in the marketing business and makes well over +45,000 a year. I always wanted to get my life started right do things the correct way, school, marriage, kids and then my own business. I want you guys to keep my future husband?s income in mind so don?t feel like I can?t pay this loan back. Its small compared to what I make. I will make sure that this loan is paid. If you have any questions are if you need to verify anything please let me know. All comments, suggestions, and questions are welcomed. I check my email at least three times a day so I will respond back quickly. Again I have money saved up I?m just making sure that we have enough for the wedding and our new home that were trying to close on June 1,2007 My income: I make @3900 a month. I bring home @2600 home a month. (Uncle Sam eats me alive) Monthly Bills: Car Insurance: 145.00 Cell Phone: 100.00 Department Store Credit Card: 30.00 Credit Card: 300.00 Gas: 250.00 (Prices have gone up) Misc: 200.00Food: 100.00 (I eat my mom?s cooking, that saves me a lot) Saving's Account: 200.00 Total: @1200 for paying off this loan and extra unexpected expenses * Please wish me the best on my new future. |
