About ME
Hello everyone! Thank you for looking.
I am a married and have 2 kids, and a dog. 2 years ago my husband and I got out of the army and moved to NC. I clean houses and have an EBay based business which brings me around 40,000 a year between the two, but I will run the numbers at 35,000 a year since EBay sales are not steady through out the year. If this is not good enough my husband has a Full time job with a steady income making 50,000 - 60,000 plus a year doing machinery alignment and driving a truck. My pay fluctuates month to month depending on houses I clean and EBay sales. As you see I have an A Credit rating and have NEVER had a single late payment. I started working on my credit report at 20 years old, and I am not about to mess it up now.
The reason for the loan is to simply consolidate my 0% interest credit cards as the 0% runs out, and to invest in prosper members that are in need. Possably invest in a new product to sell on EBay.

Please note my husband pays all utilities, cable, food, mortgage, and truck payment. You can verify this by looking at his prosper listing.

FUTURE-
My husband did mention that I was starting a daycare business in his listing but do to the very high liabilities that come with it we have chosen not to do it and I have started cleaning houses. I will be going to school in May which will bring in 400.00 more a month because of the GI Bill through serving in the army.
I would also like to start funding loans on prosper to create a long term income stream. I plan on starting out with low and med risk loans for the first year or two and then moving into a few higher risk loans.
