I am relisting after having listed in October of 2006.  I took some advice given to me then and I have improved my situation.  My former listing I was an "E" credit grade and now I am a "D" and my DTI is a little lower.  I still have the two Capital One discharged accounts on my credit.  They are accounts that I tried to pay on but because I could not keep up with all the late fees and other charges and had accrued them originally in a divorce three years ago and did not have the income to make the payments at the time, they were discharged.  I assume they will be on my credit for many years.

One piece of advice given to me last time was that I give back a TV I had via an RTO program.  I did that and used that money to pay off a couple PDLs I had.I have one PDL left and I have a couple of credit cards with high interest rates and a Dell Account for my computer with a very high rate.  It is a revolving account and I cannot seem to make a dent in it.

Here is my picture:
To pay off with Prosper loan:
HSBC 1200.00
Dell 1800.00
Kohls 575.00
PDL 567.00
Credit One 500.00
There would be a couple hundred left that I would put in savings.
I currently make $50,500 annually with a bring home (net) of approximately 2875.00/mo.
My expenses are:
Housing 650.00 (rent)
Utilities (Phone, Internet, Gas, Water, Trash, Electric and Satellite) 350.00 (I split these)
Van payment (2003 Pontiac Montana) 314.85
Dell 59.00/mo.
PDL 134.00/mo.
CC payments 120.00/mo.
Daycare 500.00/mo.
Groceries, gas, other living expenses: 350.00

The money I would save from paying the Prosper loan instead of the payments on the revolving accounts I can put into my savings.

I appreciate your consideration in funding my loan.  I welcome any and all questions.
