Hello and thank you for viewing my listing. I'm a happily married woman and have the most beautiful little boy ever. I am a consultant and work in Government Relations. I am also in college full time working on my BA. While my credit score does not look the greatest at this time, I can assure you that around the 9th of April, 2007 it should be going up. There are some negative marks on my report that I have disputed - I was told that they should be resolved by that time. I have been able to get a small loan from American General Finance - not enough to pay for my son?s dental work though. He needs to have his molars removed and he needs to get braces. His teeth don?t really hurt him physically, just mentally when the kids at school pick on him. The current estimated cost for this dental work is $ 4,200. I have three credit cards all with a small payment of $20.00 a month, equaling $60.00. I also have a small loan with American General in the amount of 1,500 ? monthly payment is $120.00. I do not however plan to use this loan to pay off any debt of my own unless there is money left over from the dentist. I have been working at the same job for the past three years (Government Relations) as well as a new job that I have taken on for the past 8 months (child care.) We know how important it is to repay our debt and I promise you that we will not falter on a single payment. My current monthly net income from my full time job is $1,200. My Husband also works, and takes home $2,400. I also take home $500 from my child care job. Our combined monthly income is $3,500. Here's my monthly budget with the prosper loan in place: 575 - Mortgage, electric, water and sewer; all in one bill 00 - Electricity 130 - Telephone 00 - Car Payment, both of our cars are paid for 180 - Other Credit Cards Not paid off with loan 250 - Groceries 150 - recreation 000 - Phone 60 - Internet 120 ? Student loans 433-child support, husband 500-to help parents business -------------- 2,398 - total monthly expenditures As you can see, I have over $1,102 left over, not only for my Prosper Payment but for savings and emergencies so that I never get into this situation again. I promise that my payment to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time. I am not about to make a mistake with this opportunity to start rebuilding my credit. Thank you for giving us this opportunity and thank you for saving my son's self-esteem. |
