RELISTING ?I?d like to say ?thank you? to those who bid for me in my previous listing and ?thank you? in advance to those who choose to bid for me in this listing. ABOUT ME- I am 29 yrs old, married, with a 4 year old son. I have been an administrative assistant for over 10 years with 3 of those years with the same employer. In 2001, I became bed-ridden due to complications during pregnancy. Because I had just started a new job and was in temporary/probation status, my employer was not able to hold my job for the period of time I would be out and therefore lost my job. At the time, my husband and I were just starting out (we had just gotten married the year before, bought a house, furniture, etc., and didn?t have any savings). We both had excellent credit yet had acquired a lot of debt. With only my husband?s income to support us, we soon fell behind on our payments. After giving birth, I returned to work after being unemployed for 6 months, but with all our delinquent accounts, all my medical bills, and not to mention the cost of raising a newborn baby, we found ourselves falling further behind. We were threatened with foreclosure on our home and found no other alternative but to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy in November of 2002. Our bankruptcy was discharged in November 2006 however it has not been reflected in our credit report yet. Also, there are some delinquencies showing on my report, but I can assure you that these are not current delinquencies. Since our bankruptcy, we have made all payments on time. The delinquencies are actually for accounts that were included in my Chapter 13. I was told that once my filing was discharged, these would be corrected as well. However, as I mentioned before, this has not happened yet. It has been difficult to obtain credit due to my bankruptcy filing. REASONS FOR A PROSPER LOAN- Over the past few months I have been able to obtain a little bit of credit through two credit cards and have been making all payments on time, but I would like to pay these off with the Prosper loan. With the inability to obtain a loan, I got into Pay Day Loans due to some emergency veterinary bills and car problems. That was a big mistake and really need to get out of this. Also, I?d like to help my sister out with her medical/legal bills she incurred after she was involved in a car accident. She is a part-time employee and student and due to lack of income, it has been difficult to pay her debt. What I will pay with Prosper loan: MasterCard ($300) Icon Fitness credit card ($800) Penn Foster Career School ($650) My Cash Now ($740) Fast Bucks ($800) 500Cash ($390) Help Sister ($500) Savings ($770) --------------------------- Total $4950 INCOME/EXPENSES Total Monthly Net Income ($4000): My take home $2400, Spouse's take home $1600 Total monthly expenses with Prosper Loan in Place Mortgage $1250 Auto $380 Prosper Loan $195 Son's college fund $100 Auto Insurance $150 Utilities $300 Groceries/Household items $350 Gas $350 Daycare $250 Miscellaneous Expenses $150 ----------------------------------- Total Expenses $3475 With the Prosper loan in place, we would have $525 left over for savings and emergencies. Thank you for taking the time to review my listing! |
