I am a 7th grade Language Arts teacher in Georgia.  I love my job and I love my children.  I have spent the last few years recovering from an ugly divorce and I desperately want to give them a backyard to play in.  I have a 9 year old son and a 4 year old daughter.  We currently live in a duplex and they do not have a yard at all.  They have not been able to ride their bike or swing on their swingset in almost a year.  I have found a great house that is within 2 miles from my school and just a few miles from their elementary school.  All I need is the moving expenses to help me along. Normally these expenses would not have been a big deal, but I am in the middle of my doctorate program and I will be attending my residency in Indiana this summer.  That is bringing some additional expense into my house this July (airfare, hotel, meals, etc.  The residency itself has already been paid for).   My doctorate is in Education Leadership and Administration so that one day I can become a school administrator.  I have already been hand selected to go through my county's Leadership Academy.  Along with this degree with come more money.  Within two years this degree alone will tack almost $20,000 on to my salary.  Georgia teachers will also be receiving a 4% pay increase effective in September, plus I will get an extra 2% for the number of years I have been teaching.  I am under contract, so it isn't like my job is going anywhere!

I have been working hard to improve my credit since the divorce.  As you can see, I had 18 accounts showing delinquent when I first listed and I have 12 now.  This is because I have many things on my credit report that are inaccurate.  I am still working on several of them.   5 of the delinquencies still showing up are from my ex-husband going online to purchase Progressive Insurance so that he would have an insurance card, using my name as the primary since it was still listed as co-owner on the car and then not following through on the payments.  I never knew that this was going on until Progressive sent these to collections and they showed up on my report.  They are currently under dispute.  The public record is a bankruptcy I filed after divorce.  Several of the other delinquencies on my report fall under that and I am in the process of having those corrected as well.  I do have two accounts on the report that I have sent letters to try and figure out who to pay.  One is with First Premier and the other is with Capital One.  First Premier is $398 and the Capital One is $546.

I can assure you that someone that works as hard as I have to clean up my credit will not make the mistake to let it go bad again. I can provide documentation of my employment, residency, moving expenses, new lease etc.  My total income is $4216.58 per month ($3296.58 pay and $920 child support).  My total typical monthly expenses are 895.00 rent per month (new house ? currently paying $795), 395.00 car payment, 25.00 phone through SunRocket, 80.00 TV and internet, 100.00 power, 40.00 water, 40.00 trash, 120.00 childcare and $116 to Badcock Furniture (5 payments left).  Total expenses = $1811.  I can afford this loan.  My paycheck is direct deposited at the first of the month and I immediately pay all of my bills for the month.

I will be forever grateful for your kindness.

(Please forgive me if this listing does not break up into paragraphs.  I have tried for an hour to get it to work right.  Trust me, as a Language Arts teacher it is killing me and it is unintentional!)  :)
