Thanks for taking your time to consider my loan listing.

I have been employed with the same employer last 10 years.  I became a full-time employee 3 years ago.  I was part-time until then.  My DTI is high because my husband's salary is not included.  He has been employed with the same company for the last 22 years.  So, as you can see, we both have very stable jobs.

I am asking for this loan to consolidate high interest credit cards (some as high as 34%).  I have been making more than the minimum payments on these credit cards for the past year, but don't seem to be making much progress.  Some of these credit cards got so high because of a business we opened a few years ago.  It went well for a while, but business slowed and we used credit cards to try and stay open.  We finally closed the business instead of creating more debt.  This business was not related to either of our jobs.  It was a small family entertainment center that went over well to begin with, but there was not enough consistent business in the small town we live in.

The delinquency that is listed has been taken care of.  I did not know about it until I got a copy of my credit report.  I paid it, but it hasn't been taken off yet.  I only paid it last week.  I do have a letter stating that it has been paid, but they told me it might take a month or two for it to be removed from my credit report.

Here is a listing of my monthly expenses:

Net Income $1154
Car Payment $588
Credit Card Payments  $400
Amount left over $165
Other household bills are paid by my husband's salary.

Here is a detailed list of credit cards with interest rates and balances and monthly payments I make (some of these are not listed on my revolving credit balance because they are in my husband's name or they have been closed per my request)
Washington Mutual 34.19% APR  Balance  $745 Monthly Payment  $100
Washington Mutual 34.19% APR  Balance $3180 Monthly payment  $125
1st Premier        23.9% APR  Balance  $240 Monthly payment   $60
Capital One        25.9% APR  Balance  $450 Monthly Payment   $50
Retail Services    25.8% APR  Balance  $100 Monthly Payment   $65

I am currently paying $400 a month on these credit cards.  The scheduled payment for this loan is around $250.  That is $150 less than what I am currently paying.

This loan would be a great investment for you.  It will be a risk-free loan for you and also help raise our credit score.  We are committed to repaying this loan and lowering our debt!  This is the only listing we have on Prosper.  My husband does not have any listings on Prosper (he is farmerdude) if you would like to check it out on your own.

Thanks for your consideration on this loan.  Your bid is greatly appreciated.

Thanks again.
