Hi again - The third time is always a charm!

This is a re-listing and this time my financial positioning is better, I still ask that you read this with an open mind and an open heart.

I am an educator working for a local college in Kennesaw GA. I am also a recent divorcee (happily) and single mother raising a twelve year old.

With the exception of high interest credit card debt and a few outrageously high interest rate pay day loans, I am doing well and surviving life.

My goal in securing the loan is as follows: $1800.00 to bring myself current on my mortgage. Due to marital debt (IRS), I fell two months behind on my mortgage and currently I am in a repayment plan that increases my mortgage by $250.00 per month and accrues interest even though I am active and current in my payments to the mortgage lender through the repayment plan.

At this time, I am one month in arrears on the mortgage and will resume normal scheduled payments in July 2007. The problem with this, is that the mortgage company will still report this as late payments and therefore, adversely affecting my credit.

My second issue is high interest pay day loans that I must pay off. The total amount for those is $950.00 The payday loans are $500.00 a month out of my household budget.

In Summary - I want to use the loan for these two items:
 1) $1800 - Mortgage Catch-Up
 2) $950 - Pay off PayDay Loans
$2750 - Total amount of the loan
(I am requesting $3000, which is the minimum amount to borrow for my state.)

My current monthly salary after taxes is $4900.00 and I receive Court Ordered Child Support in the amount of $1000.00 per month.

All of my income can be verified and substantiated. I am also a homeowner and have re-established lines of credit. I am a hard worker, and a professional and educated individual.

Here is my budget, once the Prosper Loan is in place
Mortgage-$1506
All Utilities $900
Gas, Car Insurance and Car Payment $790
Food-$450.00
Credit card payments-$480.00 -----
Total $4126

As you can see, I have over $700 per month left over for my Prosper Payment, not including the $1000/Month in Child Support. I can easily afford this loan.

I have had the same bank account for 17 years and it is active and in a positive balance, I have no problem with payment of the loan.

I am imploring some consideration despite my credit score. I promise that my payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time. I'm not about to make a mistake with this opportunity to start rebuilding my credit.

Thank you again for viewing my listing, and God bless.

Thanks
