Hi, I'm looking to refinance a high interest loan taken out over a year ago, with an original term of 4 years at 17.9%. If this loan is funded, I will pay off the old note off and replace it with this lower interest note. My debt ratio in reality would be 29%, given the fact that I am not adding new debt. I have a stable work history and have been employed at the same police department for almost 13 years. I take pride in my credit rating, and pay my bills accordingly.
