Hello Lenders I am a 36 yr old male with a wife and 2 kids (one on the way). I found out about Prosper through family and friends at the perfect time. Currently, I am trying to open a Franchise business in Chicago and the initial cost is approx. $20,000 - $25,000. I was going to obtain a loan through my bank, however my sibling persuaded me to try Prosper first. So here I am! Income: I make over $80,000 a year as a Correctional/Military Officer and is soon to be promoted to Captain in April. My spouse makes over 150,000 a year as a Dentist. Her income is not included I have one outstanding debt on my credit which is an old phone bill that I am still disputing with the company. Monthly Expenses-- Mortgage/Insurance/Tax - $2750 Car payments- $600 Car insurance --$110 Cell Phone--$99 Gas/Electric-- $100 (not much due to rehab) Credit Cards-- $400 Misc/Other -- $700 We are currently staying with a family member because our home is being totally rehabbed.
