I had a listing with Prosper and I almost got the loan. I was asking for $5000 and the amount funded got to $3400 before it expired. I am hoping that those of you who were willing to help me are still out there. I am a teacher. I have been teaching for over 27 years. The last 24 of those have been in the same school district. I love my job and make good money. I have just had some really bad luck in the purchasing of homes that cost me everything. The first house my husband and I were purchasing cost us $6000 to sell. We didn't know anything about septic systems and when we decided to sell the house we found out there wasn't one. The property had a cess pool and the EPA required us to purchase addition land and put in a septic system before we could sell the property and move into what we thought was a step up. I had some friends that had to move out of state and they said they wanted to give us a good deal on their house. I trusted them and talked my husband into purchasing their house. When it came time for us to relocate we found that the plumbing in this house needed to be replaced before we could sell it, there were no support beams in the garage and there were numberous other problems that needed to be fixed. We could not afford to fix the problems so again we lost a lot in this purchase. We ended up letting the house go into forecloser. We now rent an apartment. I ended up taking out payday loans and now I am having a hard time getting out from under them. I would like to pay off these payday loans and another payday loan type loan and get my life back in order. I am hoping that you will be willing to help me get my lilfe back. |
