Hello and thank you for viewing my listing.

I am 28 and work full time as an estimator for a small specialty construction company. I have worked for this company for 5 years, and have lived at my current address for just a bit longer than that. I am stable and settled in my situation.

I have been quite irresponsible in the past with paying bills regularly and on time. However, in 2005 I joined a debt reduction program and have since made payments to my creditors on time since then, even paying off some credit cards and closing those accounts. Approximately 1 1/2 years ago, I was injured and missed 2 months of work. I was forced to take out some pay day loans and have not been able to get out of the cycle since then. I have maintained my debt payments throughout that time, but the interest from the pay day loans that I keep having to take out has gotten to the point where I am in need of help to get out of this cycle.

I would use the Prosper Loan to pay off the following credit and other debts:

$1200.00 - Pay Day Loan
$660.00 ? Accounts in collection
$2420.00 - Credit Card
$650.00 - IRS for Taxes
-------
$4930.00 - Total amount of Debt to pay off

As I said earlier, I am a estimator, and have been steadily employed now for over 5 years. My current monthly net income is $2,230.

Here's my monthly budget:

Net Monthly Income: $2230.00/mo

Budget after Prosper Loan
    Rent: $400.00
    Utilities (Gas, Elec, Internet): $150.00
    Auto/renter?s  Insurance: $90.00
    Credit cards: $146.00
    School Loan: $57.00
    Gasoline: $150.00
    Phone: $65.00
    Food: $250.00
    Health Insurance: $131.00

    Total Expenses: $1439.00

As you can see, with just a little help, I have over $791 left over, not only for my Prosper Payment, but to be used for savings and emergencies so that I never get into this situation again. I can begin to live a normal life free from the stress caused by Pay Day Loans. I have learned my lesson.

My payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month. As I do with my debt reduction payments, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time. I'm not about to make a mistake with this opportunity to start rebuilding my credit.

Thank you again for viewing my listing.
